Hellooooo, Big Apple!
I’m very excited to share the latest step in our US expansion: Stackla New York! We chose to open this new office in the advertising and publishing capital of the world to better support our growing east coast customer base of top brands, agencies, digital publishers, and advocacy groups.
The new office will be led by New York native Joe Masciocco. Joe was Stackla’s second employee in the US and has been instrumental in our successes over the past year. He brings deep experience in the ad tech world and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies—including Visa, Ogilvy & Mather, Samsung, MSL Group, and Sapient.
Establishing the New York office is a big milestone in the Stackla story. Ever since Pete and I built the first Stackla prototype in the summer of 2012, we’ve been on a mission to help brands showcase all the great content their customers are already sharing.
Since then, we’ve seen the core ideas behind Stackla validated time and time again. Today, we work with more than 500 top brands—and they are routinely seeing better engagement and conversion to purchase when they incorporate UGC into their marketing mix. By using Stackla to collect, curate, and publish the best content, they’re telling better stories and relating to their customers more authentically. I’m proud that we’ve been able to be a part of that.
As we move ahead, we’re looking forward to growing our team across all four of our global offices: New York, London, Sydney, and our San Francisco headquarters.
